Free / Open Access

Open Access is is free, and it is the best way to add content to DTL:

Many academic books, probably between 10-20%, are immediately and legally available free of charge via the web, but that digital content has to be discovered and curated. Our vigorous internship program is focused on this OA content.

Note: This exact same OA content is also sold by the various vendors and publishers… just because a volume is Open Access does not mean that it cannot be sold.

Once curated, OA content is placed in all of our DTL libraries.

Cost per title: $0 (plus librarianship costs)
